Undertake the inspection of damaged vehicles
- Assessing the full extent of the damage, costs of repair and timeframes
- Communicate with clients to provide repair information and an indication of completion time
- Compile all relevant information and complete supporting documentation
- Identify the correct prescribed repair method and prepare, record and maintain records of electronic and manual estimates.
- Monitor progress of the vehicle through the repair process
- To identify opportunities for additional repair work
- Liaise with client-side teams and work providers to obtain their authority to repair the vehicle at the costs estimated.
- Liaise with customers and technicians to explain and ensure they understand the repair methodology.
- Compile proper documentation of completed repair work for the purpose of tracking and invoicing.
- Identify and order vehicle parts.
- Work with and build relationships with both suppliers and work providers.
- Build great working relationship with technicians to offer technical support.
**Job Experience: The Successful ATA VDA / Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor will have**
- You must have previous experience working as a Vehicle Damage Assessor within a busy body shop
- You will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques
- Be a strong team player with a self-motivation to earn bonus hours
- Must be an advanced user of Audatex and a thorough understanding of insurance repairs
- You will have served a recognised apprenticeship as a Vehicle Damage Assessor and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA).

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
