_**Duties & Responsibilities**:_
- _Prepare and cook North Indian cuisine according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist._
- _Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist._
- _Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu. Responsible to maintain food logs. Support the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis II in the daily operation and work._
- _Assisting in the food preparation process._
- _Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes._
- _Preparing vegetables, meats and fish._
- _Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control._
- _Helping with deliveries and restocking._
- _Assisting with stock rotation Cleaning stations_
- _Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen._
- _Need to be flexible and willing to help other at busy times as and when required._
- **Qualification & Experience**:_
- _Degree or Diploma in Culinary or Hotel Management._
- _Minimum 2 years of Experience in the same role._
- _Good communication skill._
- _Familiar with inventory systems._
- _A team player._
- _Willing to do shift wise duty._

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
