**Position Overview**

As a Draftsman at Deworth Equipment Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in our engineering and design team, contributing to the development of fire protection systems and related infrastructure. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to translate concepts and specifications into detailed drawings and plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Drafting and Design: Create accurate and detailed drawings, blueprints, and schematics for fire protection systems, including sprinkler systems, fire alarms, extinguisher placements, and evacuation plans, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

2. Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements, constraints, and objectives. Provide technical expertise and support in developing effective fire protection solutions.

3. Compliance: Ensure all drawings and designs adhere to relevant industry standards, building codes, regulations, and client specifications. Stay updated on changes in codes and regulations related to fire protection systems.

4. Documentation: Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and design specifications. Prepare documentation packages for internal review, client approval, and regulatory compliance.

5. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on drafted plans to ensure accuracy, completeness, and feasibility. Review drawings for potential errors or inconsistencies and make necessary revisions.

6. Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and external stakeholders to convey design concepts, address inquiries, and resolve technical issues. Participate in project meetings and discussions as needed.

**Qualifications**:
1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience: Previous experience as a draftsman or CAD technician, preferably in the fire protection or construction industry.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or Revit. Familiarity with drafting standards, symbols, and conventions related to fire protection systems.

4. Knowledge: Understanding of fire protection principles, building codes, and regulations. Knowledge of NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) standards and guidelines is advantageous.

5. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and design work. Ability to review drawings meticulously and identify potential errors or discrepancies.

6. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of effectively conveying technical information and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

7. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
