Job Title: HVAC Draftsman

Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Draftsman to join our dynamic team. As an HVAC Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of various residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop accurate and detailed HVAC drawings, layouts, and schematics based on project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineer to understand project requirements and design objectives.
- Perform site visits to gather necessary measurements and assess project constraints.
- Utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of HVAC systems.
- Ensure all drawings are in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Assist in the coordination and integration of HVAC systems with other trades.
- Review and update drawings based on feedback from stakeholders and field personnel.
- Maintain organized documentation and drawing files.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in HVAC design, technology, and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an HVAC Draftsman, with a minimum of 3 years in the field.
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD.
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, components, and design principles.
- Strong technical and analytical skills to interpret project requirements and specifications.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines.
