Field Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Conducting door-to-door or street-level sales activities to acquire new customers.
Engaging with potential customers in-person to introduce our products or services and generate interest.
Educating customers about product features, benefits, and pricing.
Demonstrating product usage and answering any questions or concerns.
Closing sales and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
Providing feedback to the sales team and management on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
Representing the company professionally and ethically at all times.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in direct sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence and enthusiasm for engaging with customers face-to-face.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
