As a leader in the industry, we are expanding our sales team and seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in the International courier industry.

Job Responsibilities:
Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the courier industry.
Prospect and acquire new clients, including retailers, e-commerce businesses, corporate entities, and individuals, to expand our customer base.

Client Relationship Management:Foster strong and long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their shipping requirements.

Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential areas for growth.

Product and Service Presentations:Articulate and present our courier services, including various shipping options, tracking systems, and delivery timelines, to prospective clients.
Highlight the unique value proposition of our company to differentiate us from competitors.

Negotiation and Contract Management:Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
Ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions and handle any necessary amendments.

Sales Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.
Generate sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales within the courier industry, with a strong network of contacts and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the courier and logistics industry.
- Results-driven and highly motivated to succeed in a dynamic sales environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings, as needed.
