Compliance to Good Manufacturing practices and Good Documentation practices. To prepare documents for Qualification and validation equipment and process. To prepare Master BMR, Recovered BMR and review the same. To prepare new SOP and timely review. To prepare Specification according to party specification. To check the environmental conditions like temperature humidity during the manufacturing process. To check the machines / Instrument log book. To ensure the line clearance of respective department till the product is packed. Prepare the organogram and job responsibility of the personnel of the different department. To check the status label at all machine during the manufacturing process. To prepare the stability study, hold study protocol and report. To prepare the protocol and report for process validation and cleaning validation. Issuance of BMR, Logs, test data sheet, formats, protocol etc. After completion, batch BMR review. Sampling of the Raw Materials Analysis of the Raw Materials. Record of the analysis results. Preparation of the Standard Volumetric solution. Standardization of the volumetric solutions. Preparation of the Test reagents, indicator solution and test solutions. Calibration of the equipment, assigned as responsibility in “List of Instrument and Calibration responsibility”. Preparation of the working standards after validating the purity of the Approved Raw material. Analysis of finished products & In process samples. Preparation of Records of Analysis & Certificate of Analysis of each products. Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure. Analysis of the Stability study Samples. Analysis of the Process validation and Cleaning Validation samples. Training of the Quality Control officers and Lab assistants. General cleanliness and Orderliness in the Laboratory. Compliance to Good Laboratory Practices.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
