Cdp- Dim Sum

We are looking for a Sushi & Dim sum Chef to join our culinary team and prepare delicious plates for our guests.

Sushi & Dimsum Chef responsibilities include handling a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients, managing food stock and working with an attention to detail to fulfill all orders within quality standards. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with Japanese cuisine and be available to work during our opening hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a high level of functionality and efficiency, demonstrating food cost control practices;
- Ensure high standards of hygiene as per HACCP standards within the kitchen as well as your section;
- Running the section in a smooth and efficient manner;
- Able to prepare volume quantity of Dim Sum/ Sushi items on your own.

Ultimately, you will help us establish our reputation as one of the best places in the area and increase our clientele.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
