Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in crafting and executing digital transformation strategies to streamline operations and elevate our market presence.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to gather insights and identify digital optimization opportunities.
- Conduct financial analyses, including Net Present Value (NPV) calculations under various assumptions, to evaluate the feasibility of projects.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in healthcare technology, digital marketing, and financial management.
- Participate in digital marketing efforts to strengthen BioUnique's brand visibility online.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in learning new skills and technologies, and be willing to undertake relevant courses to enhance your contribution to our digital transformation goals.

**Requirements**:

- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a program in Business, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Healthcare Management, Finance, or related fields.
- A foundational understanding of the healthcare industry and basic financial concepts, including experience or a strong interest in conducting financial evaluations (NPV analysis).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Prior experience in digital transformation projects, digital marketing, or financial analysis in a healthcare setting is a plus.

Skills Preferred:

- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with healthcare technologies and innovations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
