**People Coordinator**

Are you passionate about nurturing high-performing teams? We are looking for a People Coordinator to join our fast-paced, growing AdTech business who is imaginative, enthusiastic and driven to ensure each employee has an unforgettable journey at Blis.

You will be responsible for supporting the People team in various tasks and helping to facilitate the employee experience throughout our global offices including UK, US, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, India, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate HR analytics and metric measurements for regular reporting
- Assist with all global payroll processes
- Ensure that our employee benefits administration never misses a beat, is error free and precise
- Confidently and confidentiality provide Bamboo HRIS reporting and documentation compliance
- As part of the People team, deliver a world class onboarding process, ensuring IT, Blis swag and work from home equipment are organised and induction programmes are assigned
- Global asset management for new hires and leavers
- Manage global employee gifting and ad-hoc gifting if required
- Be the point of contact for our outsourced IT services, maintaining an effective relationship with the service provider and managing any issues that may arise
- Be responsible for our Mumbai office coordination and manage all procurements with duties such as access cards, snacks, stationery provisions and event management
- Support the Learning and People partners in the coordination of ongoing people training and reporting
- Help facilitate our global social initiatives, keeping our workforce connected and building our culture
- Provide executive assistance such as expense management to business leaders using SAP concur
- Be an active culture & inclusion champion, helping to foster the Blis culture globally through the coordination of events and external vendor management
- This is a hybrid role working both at home and in the office between 2pm and 10pm ISTl

**Skills and Requirements**
- Previous experience in HR and office management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- An analytical thinker with excellent Excel skills
- Impeccable organisation and administration skills
- A passion for people, equality and wellbeing with a fantastic outgoing personality and a can-do attitude
- A self-starter who can work in an agile and fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey important messages in a succinct manner
