1. Supervision and development of ideal IT Team.

2. Create an IT roadmap and action plan for future growth.

3. Provide direction, consulting, approve, administration and monitor major projects, IT budgets, priorities, standards, procedures, and overall IT performance.

6. Regular review meetings with all the key stake holders to update on IT actions. Review the adequacy and allocation of IT resources in terms of funding, personnel, equipment, and service levels.

7. Researching and installing new and improved systems.

8. Control the computer systems budgets and expenditures.

9. IT Manager is responsible for managing the end-to end IT operations of the hospitals. That include Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic processing.

10. Provide network design, installation, monitoring, management, and troubleshooting for WAN and LANs including main locations and remote sites.

11. Ensures successful implementation and rollout of various modules of the Hospital Management System at the hospital. Setup and manage help desk support for staff within the facility.

12. Ensuring equipment interface setup and maintenance.

13. Valuating user needs and system functionality and ensuring the facilities meet these needs i.e. Coordinate priorities between the IT department and user departments.

14. Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.

15. IT manager identifies, communicates and implement new technologies to enhance the long term operational and strategic goals of the hospital. e) Training Role

16. Train staff about new and potential use of the system.

17. Provide orientation to new users of implemented technology.

19. Provide individual training and support on request. f) Team Leader Role

20. Leads the IT team at the Hospital which comprises of the hardware, networking, software and database specialists.

21. Approve and handle IT vendors used by the organization, AMC, Support agreements, Review meetings.

22. Obtaining competitive prices from suppliers, to ensure cost effectiveness.

23. Ensuring that software licensing laws are adhered to.

24. Scheduling upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems.

25. Troubleshoot all technology issues.

26. Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance.

27. Provide network accounts and passwords as required.

28. Identify and prepare hardware for disposal when appropriate.

29. Ensure hardware is stripped and secured before disposal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
