- The role holder will be responsible to develop current and future leadership capabilities through design and delivery of learning solutions that are aligned to India and GBS strategy. This is accomplished through leveraging strategic relationships with the business, understand their learning needs and delivering differentiated learning experience to all employees to enable them with the skillset to become future ready. The role needs to support the end to end learning leadership requirements for the India and GBS.**You'll have the following responsibilities**
- Deliver behavioural learning to enable employees develop capabilities that help them excel in their current role and build future skills
- Drive a culture of learning in alignment with business priorities and implement highly effective and engaging learning solutions
- Design and deliver leadership learning journeys to develop succession enhancement in line with the India and GBS talent development stratgey
- Conduct and participate in business reviews, share regular L8D updates through a robust communication and engagement plan to spread awareness on learning and the L&D brand.
- Promote, curate, govern and measure the use of myriad digital, virtual and faciliaitor led learning resources to offer maximum learning opportinuties to employees
- Manage business partner relationships across various stakeholders globally, facilitate sharing of learning metrics, results and strategies
- Responsible for execution, reporting and governance of leadership learning initiatives and programs across levels, towers and locations
- Stay current with learning trends to drive innovation continued evolution in learning, elevating learning relevance, effectiveness and efficiency
- Coach and develop employees to meet personal and professional goals
- Passion for the customers’ experience and proven ability to drive performance results**You'll have the following skills & experience**
- Skills:
- ossess excellent facilitation skills bearing in mind the participant profile of mid and senior level audience types
- Must be an avid reader of books on thought leadership, psychology, self and business management
- Must be active on social media platforms to network with the L&D fraternity across and within the organization and to learn from myrid learning channels available online
- Clear, confident, influential communication style which welcomes debate but ultimately drives consensus - highly collaborative
- Growth mindset, with a strong affinity for standaridzation
- A Strong ability to effectively navigate through a global matrix environment
- Walk the talk and be a role model to exhibit the behaviours and values that are imparted as learning to employees
- Excellent communication style written and verbal
- Ability to follow strucutres and approaches for execution of learning solutions, governance and commitment
- Self-motivated with a strong passion for learning
- Always questioning status quo
- Effective at problem analysis and resolution- Experience:
- Expereince equal to or greater than 6 years In L&D.
- Experience in learning delivery or design, including understanding of adult learning principles, using best practices in learning approaches and learning technologies to drive performance
- Ability to act as a change agent and experience in driving implementation of strategies and solutions to accelerate continued evolution of GBS/ BT into a world class learning organisation
- Knowledge and experience of training delivery best practices, the BT Way and BT standards for Governance, Templates and Deliverables
