Kochi, India Scaling Up Work Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients in the food products industry. Build a robust sales pipeline by networking, cold-calling, and attending industry events.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Address any concerns or issues promptly to maintain long-term partnerships.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's food products, their unique selling points, and their benefits over competitors. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market demands.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and meet or exceed sales quotas. Collaborate with the sales team and management to create actionable plans.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our food products.
- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure deals and contracts. Ensure that all agreements align with company policies and profitability targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and stay informed about industry trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales progress, and forecasting.
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to relevant departments for continuous improvement of products and services.
- Set personal and team sales targets, regularly monitor performance, and take corrective actions as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant sales role in the food products industry.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team.
- Deep knowledge of the food industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Results-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

**Education**:Any Graduate / Diploma

**Experience**: 2+ Years

**Salary**:From ₹18000 + Allowances
