Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk Executive to join our team at Success Overseas Consultant As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and callers. Your professionalism and efficiency will contribute to the smooth operation of our office and enhance our reputation as a trusted advisor for students aspiring to study abroad.

**Responsibilities**:
Greeting and Welcoming Clients: Warmly greet clients, visitors, and students in person and over the phone. Create a friendly and inviting atmosphere that reflects our commitment to personalized service.

Office Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining office supplies, and keeping the reception area tidy and presentable.

Appointment Coordination: Coordinate and manage consultants' calendars to ensure efficient scheduling of appointments with clients.

Collaborative Support: Work closely with consultants and other team members to provide cohesive support and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Confidentiality and Compliance: Handle sensitive client information with the utmost confidentiality and adhere to all data protection regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or hospitality will be advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or in a customer service role, preferably in the education or consulting sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative when necessary.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Knowledge of international education and study abroad processes is beneficial but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Naidad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
