- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
**Work Environment**:
- This position requires working in an office environment, interacting with visitors and staff.
- Standard working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM, with occasional requirements for extended hours.
