**Responsibilities**:

- Identify Opportunities: Scout for potential projects on various online platforms such as

Freelancer, Upwork, Guru, etc., suitable for the company's expertise and services.
- Bid Management: Prepare and submit compelling proposals, bids, and tenders tailored to

client requirements. Ensure all submissions adhere to company standards and guidelines.
- Client Interaction: Engage in effective communication with clients to understand their needs,

clarify doubts, negotiate terms, and secure contracts.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients by delivering high-quality

services, meeting deadlines, and exceeding expectations.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor

activities to adapt bidding strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and project

management to align bidding strategies with business objectives.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of bidding activities, client

communications, contracts, and other relevant documents.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyse bid success rates, client feedback, and market

trends to continuously improve bidding strategies and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in online bidding for IT services, with a successful

portfolio of secured projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas

clearly and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal

teams.
- Proficiency in using online bidding platforms and project management tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills to handle multiple projects

simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a strong desire to achieve targets and exceed

expectations.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and IT industry trends is a plus.
