- Follow company policies and procedures for debt collection, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers, taking into account their financial situations and ability to pay.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing assistance and guidance as needed.

**Qualifications**:
