We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant to support our team in handling new project enquiries, coordinating with vendors, and managing basic procurement and documentation tasks. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in the field of procurement and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Enquiry Handling:
Schedule meetings or site visits for the design team.

Maintain and update enquiry logs for follow-ups.

2. Procurement Support:
Assist in sourcing materials and obtaining vendor quotations.

Coordinate with vendors for delivery timelines and follow-ups.

Support the preparation and maintenance of Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

3. Documentation and Records:
Organize and file purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.

Ensure accurate record-keeping of expenses and inventory.

4. Team Coordination:
Act as a point of contact between vendors and the workshop team.

Assist the project team with material requirements and delivery updates.

5. Learning and Development:
Gain hands-on experience in procurement processes and vendor management.

Learn about project budgeting, BOQ preparation, and inventory control.

Pay: ₹8,096.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
