We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team and contribute to our company's growth. This role is ideal for a dynamic, people-oriented individual with a passion for driving sales, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Sales Professional will play a critical role in generating new business, nurturing existing accounts, and identifying opportunities to expand our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs by managing a robust sales pipeline
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide post-sales support to enhance client experience and retention
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales is a plus, freshers with a strong interest and knack for sales are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus with the ability to understand and respond to client needs
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
