**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and cultivate new leads through various channels such as networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, including property showings, negotiations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Real estate license (required).
