About The Role

Job Responsibilities
- Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete RMG needs and fulfillment for the account.- Work with other functions such as L&D to identify training needs for bench associates based on demand trend.- Ensure fulfillment for Accounts by working on options within the available pool, roll offs, training, etc.- Keep a close tab on assignments and releases to understand the deployable bench.- Work closely with the recruitment team and enable them to create a resource pipeline for any adhoc or planned additions.- Support the RMG head in dashboards, management reporting, and resource deployment.- Generate MIS reports related to resource deployment and bench management.- Manage stakeholder expectations related to bench management and resource deployment.Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.- 2-3 years of experience in resource management.- Strong resource management skills with experience in bench management and resource deployment.- Knowledge of talent acquisition processes.- Strong MIS skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.- Strong analytical skills with experience in generating MIS reports.Job Requirements
