**Job Overview**:
The Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in coordinating between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring the generation of high-quality leads and the responsible follow-up by our sales team. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Generation Coordination:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Monitor lead generation channels and ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.
- Analyze lead data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

2. Lead Quality Assessment:

- Evaluate the quality of leads generated through various marketing campaigns and channels.
- Utilize data analysis to assess lead viability and prioritize follow-up efforts for better optimization of campaigns to refine lead generation strategies based on feedback and insights.

3. Sales Team Support:

- Coordinate the distribution of leads among the sales team members.
- Monitor sales team activities, ensuring timely follow-up and effective lead management.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team regarding lead handling and conversion techniques.

4. CRM Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor data integrity and implement strategies to improve data accuracy.
- Generate reports and analyze key performance indicators related to lead generation and sales activities.

5. Process Improvement:

- Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies in lead management and follow-up.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and handover processes.

6. Relationship Management:

- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including both internal teams and external partners. Collaborate with other departments such as customer service and project management to ensure seamless customer experiences and project handovers.

**Note**:The above responsibilities may not be exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as per business needs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or marketing coordination role.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and best practices.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven approach.
