Account Executive

**Responsibilities**
**Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc**
**- Handling day-to-day accounting**
**- Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments**
**- Handling all banking related works**
**- Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them**
**- Handling and filling GST is one of the key responsibility that should be included in account executive job description**
**- Preparing profit and loss statements**
**- Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities**
**- Handling petty cash**
**- Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws**
**Requirements and skills**
**In depth Knowledge of TDS,GST,Bank ,Accounts related things**
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or its equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of experience as an accountant
- Proficient in managing accounting software preferred
- Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws
Minimum 10 Years Of experience
- Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high ethics
- Good team player
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
