Cleaning:
Washing dishes, utensils, and cookware.
Sanitizing countertops, cooking surfaces, and equipment.
Maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness.
Kitchen Organization:
Properly storing ingredients and food items.
Rotating and restocking ingredients to maintain freshness.
Keeping track of inventory and notifying supervisors when supplies are low.
Hygiene and Safety:
Adhering to food safety regulations and guidelines.
Wearing appropriate kitchen attire, including gloves and aprons.
Following hygiene protocols to prevent contamination.
Specialized Roles:
Chefs and sous chefs may oversee kitchen operations, plan menus, and create new dishes.
Line cooks focus on preparing specific dishes or stations in the kitchen.
Prep cooks handle initial food preparation tasks.
Dishwashers are responsible for maintaining a clean supply of dishes and utensils.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Evening shift
