We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiters to join our dynamic team.

You will also be conducting client interactions and meetings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for both IT and Non-IT positions.
- Manage client interactions and meetings, providing updates on recruitment progress and addressing any concerns or feedback.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize recruitment strategies and processes, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter specializing in both IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior industry leaders and clients.
- Experience working in a consultancy environment is mandatory.
- Previous team management experience is highly desirable.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and driving business growth.
- Proficient in using ATS

**Additional Information**:

- This position is open to female applicants only.

- The role requires working from the office Monday to Friday 930 am -630 pm
