**Job Title: Design Intern**

**Location: Pune**

We’re seeking an ambitious and self-driven Junior-Mid UI & Visual designer to join our rapidly growing team. We’re currently a team of 12 designers who specialise in UX/UI/branding, working on multiple exciting projects. Our HQ is in Shoreditch, London. Now we are hiring for our India office where we expect this Designer to be based 3 times per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Poster Creation**: Design eye-catching and effective posters for various company events, promotions, and campaigns.
- ** Marketing Assistance**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content that supports marketing strategies and initiatives
- ** Social Media Templates**: Create and customise templates for social media posts, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- ** Content Development**: Assist in developing creative content for digital and print media, including graphics, infographics, and other visual assets.
- ** Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs adhere to the company's brand standards and guidelines.
- ** Feedback Implementation**: Incorporate feedback from team members to refine and improve design work.
- ** Research**: Stay updated on design trends and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
- ** Project Support**: Provide general support to the design team and assist with various projects as needed.

**Must have**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
- Creativity: Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements.
- Basic understanding of design principles.
- Basic understanding of design systems.
