**What you'll do**
- Collaborate with designers on various UI/UX projects, from ideation and prototyping to final handoff.
- Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop user flows to inform design decisions.
- Participate in usability testing and analyze user feedback to refine designs.
- Contribute to design documentation and maintain consistency across projects.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices.
