ROLE DEFINITION:
1. The Sales Representative is responsible for **meeting clients, showing them flats and understanding their requirement and converting prospective customers into potential leads**.

2. He/ she is the face of company for contacting the customers.

**RESPONSIBILTY AND DELIVERABLES**

1. They ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase.

2. Comfortable with basic public speaking on the job site with labours.

3. He/ she is the person responsible for selling of flats.

4. Inviting clients to office and presenting them our project. Also, visiting site and showing sample flats.

5. Efficient in asking/ answering questions, understanding clients requirement and answering them spontaneously if any difference of opinion occurs.

6. Should be excellent in pursuing clients and developing interest for the project.

7. Suggesting clients the appropriate flat according to their need and requirement.

1. Deep understanding of our project, plans, schemes and Brochures.

2. Attending calls and solving queries. Convert them into potential clients.

3. Presenting clients with VR technology of project. Showing sample flats and building amenities in VR.

4. Designing sale script with team and finalize 3 to 4 different types of scripts.

5. Taking feedback from clients, noting it down and informing the team about it.

6. Skilfully deliver the rate with good negotiation power.

7. Co-ordinating with social media agency for marketing reports.

8. Deep understanding of human psychology and client behaviour.

MEASUREMENT METRICS:
1. No. of telephonic enquiry converted to office visits.

2. No. of office visits converted to sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
