We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves promoting our hospital’s services to potential patients and their families, engaging with doctors and healthcare providers to build partnerships, and contributing to our growth and patient care objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote the hospital’s cancer treatment and care services to potential patients and healthcare providers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with doctors, healthcare providers, and referral networks to ensure a steady stream of patients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitor offerings.
- Participate in community and healthcare events to increase hospital visibility and attract new patients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide feedback from clients and partners to enhance service offerings.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the hospital's business growth.
- Ensure all interactions and engagements comply with healthcare regulations and laws.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a sales executive or similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics in healthcare.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel locally and regionally as required.
