Front Office Associate

Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception: Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Reservation Management: Handle guest reservations, including bookings, cancellations, and modifications. Ensure all reservations are accurately recorded in the system.
- Guest Services Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as maintaining guest records, handling cash transactions, and preparing daily reports.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise during a guest's stay, striving to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold the hotel's standards of service excellence and cleanliness at all times. Conduct regular inspections of the lobby area to ensure it is tidy and well-maintained.
- Safety and Security: Adhere to hotel security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
