**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Office Assistant located in Chandigarh. The Executive Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance which includes:

- Manage appointments & meetings with assessment of priority and rescheduling as necessary from time to time.
- Assist in secondary research and follow up with government departments, foreign missions and body corporates as and when needed Produce documents, briefing papers, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings, reports and presentations from time to time
- Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Good multitasking skills.
- Energetic and result oriented; Planning and Prioritizing skills
- Must be conversant with the use of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills to initiate professional and effective contact with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Follow up calls for payments in institutes
- Any other duties as may be reasonably required by MD and HOD.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
