**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**: Proactively identify potential clients and generate leads through various online platforms, including social media, forums, online directories, and other relevant channels.

**Consultative Selling**: Understand clients' needs, provide tailored solutions, and demonstrate how our services can address their requirements effectively.

**Sales Pipeline Management**: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring all leads and interactions are properly documented and tracked.

**Proposal Creation**: Prepare compelling and accurate sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to showcase the value of our services.

**Negotiation**: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements to secure new business deals.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with online marketing campaigns and promotions.

**Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

**Achievement of Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization's online revenue.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in online sales, preferably in the technology or web services industry.
- Strong understanding of online marketing, lead generation, and sales processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective online customer engagement.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management and sales tracking.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Problem-solving skills to identify clients' needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving online marketing trends and customer preferences.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
