**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Counseling & Support**:
- Provide individual and group counseling to clients with a range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, academic concerns, personal relationships, substance abuse, and trauma.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans for clients, setting specific therapeutic goals and strategies for achieving them.
- Offer support during crises, assisting clients in coping with immediate emotional distress and referring to appropriate services if necessary.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients' emotional, mental, and psychological needs.
- Use appropriate assessment tools to identify the underlying issues and develop personalized intervention strategies.
- Continuously track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- **Confidentiality & Record-Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions, including client progress notes, treatment plans, and outcomes, in line with legal and organizational standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant privacy laws and ethical guidelines in handling sensitive client information.
- **Crisis Intervention**:
- Provide immediate support and intervention in situations of crisis, such as mental health emergencies, suicidality, or trauma.
- Collaborate with emergency services, healthcare providers, or family members when needed to ensure client safety and well-being.
- **Resource Referral & Support**:
- Assist clients in accessing additional support services, such as psychiatric care, support groups, legal advice, or community resources.
- Build and maintain a network of relevant service providers for client referrals.
- **Prevention & Education**:
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and awareness programs to promote mental health, resilience, and stress management.
- Educate clients and communities on coping strategies and mental well-being practices.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:
- Work closely with other mental health professionals, educators, and administrative staff to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Regularly report to supervisors or team leads regarding client outcomes, challenges, and any need for improvements or resources.

Pay: ₹17,906.69 - ₹29,657.52 per month
