Admission Counsellor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions to clients.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate client progress.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, and educators, to support client outcomes.
- Offer crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Provide referrals to additional resources or services as appropriate.
- Stay informed about best practices in counselling and mental health.

Pay: ₹18,930.47 - ₹28,433.81 per month
