**Position Overview**: As a Fabrication Supervisor specializing in piping, steel structure, and sheet metal, you will oversee the fabrication processes for these specific components within our in-house facility. Your primary responsibility is to lead a team of fabricators to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of work in these areas. You will coordinate resources, enforce safety protocols, and maintain adherence to production schedules to meet customer requirements effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead a team of fabricators specializing in piping, steel structure, and sheet metal fabrication.
- Provide guidance and direction to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.
- **Production Management**:

- Plan and organize fabrication activities for piping, steel structure, and sheet metal components.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Monitor progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet project deadlines.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement quality control measures specific to piping, steel structure, and sheet metal fabrication.
- Conduct inspections to ensure components meet specifications and quality standards.
- Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct safety training sessions for team members.
- Investigate and address any safety concerns or incidents.
- **Resource Management**:

- Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure availability of necessary supplies.
- Monitor equipment performance and schedule maintenance as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience (5+ years) in fabrication, manufacturing, or production supervision, preferably in a metal fabrication environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities.

Solid understanding of fabrication processes, techniques, and equipment.

Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Knowledge of quality control principles, safety regulations, and manufacturing best practices.

Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies will be an added advantage.

Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
