**Roles & Responsibilities**
Manage conference participations, including registration, booth setup, and coordination with the event organizers.
Follow-up with Accounts and Vendors to process payments for conference fees, as well as issue credit notes and debit notes as needed.
Ensure requests for machines and catalogues for conferences, workshops and exhibitions are fulfilled on time.
Manage leads generated from Conferences, Workshops and platforms like IndiaMart and TradeIndia, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication.
Forwarding leads to respective Dealers and Sales Manager, and update status of the same.
Maintaining Sales & Marketing Documents and assisting Sales & Marketing Manager and Sales Co-ordinator in daily activities.
**Skills Required**:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in writing and speaking English
Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
Operations Management | Co-ordination Capabilities
Must be a Graduate from any field.
Fresher or 1 Year of Experience in the field of Sales and Marketing.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ambarnath, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
