**Job Title: Sales Executive (Real Estate)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners such as brokers, real estate agents, and agencies to generate leads and referrals.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
- Provide information to prospective clients about our properties, including features, amenities, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients on site visits, ensuring a seamless and informative experience.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including price, financing, timing, and other relevant factors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, prospects, and closed deals, using our CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
