Cross Reference Coordinator

Job Description:
The Cross Reference Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, analyzing, and uploading cross reference data for Company Product Divisions and Distribution. The goal of this job is to ensure accuracy and availability of cross reference information as it relates to internal systems as well as the output provided to our internal users and customers.
Skills / Experience Required:
Bachelor degree preferred
Knowledge of SAP database tables a plus
Ability to extract, analyze and report on data required
Previous experience working with databases strongly preferred
Experience with online research and competitive analysis a plus
Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required
Excellent follow-up skills are a required
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel
Highly driven and self-motivated personality required
Some of the responsibilities are:
Coordinate cross reference requests submitted by Sales by running preliminary analysis, assigning Items with no
matches to the appropriate product divisions, and finalizing the information sent back to the Sales rep.
Create and manage supporting data and data structures to ensure cross reference information is accurately returned.
Research, collect and format competitive information to populate for use in company cross reference programs.
Work on audit reports to consolidate and cleanup data in order to produce more accurate results.
Collaborate with and take direction from the US-based Cross Reference Analyst in order to produce appropriate results.
Identify opportunities to add cross reference information such as new competitors, regional distributors, acquisitions, etc.
**Experience**:
2-4 years of total experience Any Graduate / Post Graduate degree /Pharma, Biotechnology, Microbiology
