**Responsibilities**:
- Responding to Customer Inquiries: Interact with customers through various communication

- Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, or
Technical problems in a professional and efficient manner. This may involve gathering relevant
Information, analyzing the situation, and working towards a satisfactory resolution.
- Processing Orders and Returns: Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and
Managing returns or exchanges. This includes verifying customer information, updating order status,
And ensuring timely delivery or resolution.
- Handling Customer Feedback: Listen to customer feedback, whether positive or negative, and take
Appropriate actions to address their concerns or pass on valuable feedback to the relevant
Departments within the organization.
- Maintaining Customer Records: Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and
Resolutions in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or other
Designated databases.
- Collaborating with Other Teams: Liaise with different internal departments such as sales,
Marketing, and technical support to coordinate efforts and provide seamless customer service. This
May involve escalating complex issues or collaborating to develop solutions.
- Adhering to Policies and Procedures: Follow company guidelines, protocols, and service standards
To ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions. This may also include handling
Confidential customer information in a secure and ethical manner.
- Upselling and Cross
- Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to
Customers based on their needs or preferences. This requires a good understanding of the
