- Strategic Planning & Execution of the Vision in the field of Higher Education including progressive expansion

High degree of student focus which offers a mix of academics, extra-curricular activities, value-based learning and real-world exposure combining local skills and wisdom with advancements in technology, to discover their passion and allow them to explore beyond the realms of the classrooms
- Overall management, administration and academic development of the Institute including o Creating a team of highly motivated and passionate academic & non-academic staff o Identification of new Courses, disciplines and initiatives o Collaborations & Tie-ups for student & faculty development o Research initiatives for nurturing student potential o Internships & Placement services o Liaising with University / Govt / Non-Govt sectors / Higher Education Institutes Attributes & Competencies
- Track record of heading an Institute demonstrating strong leadership, vision and understanding of Higher Education
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work as a team player across various functions and project teams
- Passion for serving disadvantaged rural students to empower them with opportunities through HE
- Strong balance of head and heart
- Willingness to learn, imbibe new skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
