Job Title: IT Project Co-ordinator Intern

Are you a tech-savvy individual looking to kickstart your career in project coordination within the IT industry? We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Project Co-ordinator Intern to join our dynamic and innovative team. As an IT Project Co-ordinator Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, execution, and monitoring of various IT projects. You will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Support project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.

2. Assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed on schedule.

3. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

4. Help identify potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery and assist in developing mitigation strategies.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure effective communication between departments.

6. Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and following up on action items.

7. Contribute to the development of project documentation, including status reports, presentations, and other relevant materials.

8. Support the testing and quality assurance activities of IT projects.

9. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to project coordination.

**Requirements**:
1. Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field.

2. Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

6. Knowledge of project management software is a plus.

7. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

8. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
