Diesel Executive

**THIS JOB IS ONLY FOR THE CANDIDATES HAVING EXPERIENCE IN TRANSPORT COMPANY**

Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Ensure on time diesel and advance setting of all vehicles

2) Ensure the correct amount of diesel and road expense are given to the driver.

3) Confirm the driver name and ensure that the diesel and advance are being given to the correct driver on the vehicle and correct route.

4) Ensure that the vehicle is not held up for Diesel, advance or fastag balance.

5) Extra diesel or advance should not be given without the prior approval of management or Operations head

6) For market loaded vehicle ensure that the diesel is given only after the advance is received and the LR photo is shared with you.

7) If advance is going to be credited the next day then give only few or half the litres of diesel for the vehicle to travel the whole distance.

8) Ensure all lr, challan and tripsheets are made 100% correctly and on time and on live basis in the software

9) Ensure that market hire vehicle details are correctly entered in software with complete cost details of advance given and balance to be paid.

10) All API integrations to be done of HPCL/BPCL/IOCL/FASTAG in the software and all cost to be captured from the integration in the tripsheets.

11) Driver settlement to be done from the software on time.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
