**Role Summary**:
The role also involves hands-on experience on SysML model simulation and performing the safety and functional thread analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, Update and Maintain MBSE Technical documentation that describe how to install, configure, integrate, and use MBSE tools and to implement System Engineering (SE) processes in an MBSE tool (IBM Rhapsody) environment.
- Be able to develop System & Software Architecture Model framework using IBM Rhapsody tool.
- Be able to establish traceability of EE requirements and Customer Functional Objectives to SysML models artifacts and using best practices of SysML model management using Doors and Rhapsody Model Manger (RMM).
- Be able to develop system architecture including functional and logical decomposition for process flows.

**Key Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Experience in systems engineering (MBSE) process, developing models using either - SysML and UML.
- Experience with the following software development languages is must: C++, Java, Java Script/Python.
- Working experience in Automotive domain, understanding of Automotive networking protocols and interfaces
- Demonstrated competency in AUTOSAR complaint auto code generation
- Competency in Systems Engineering EE Requirements and Automotive Communications Protocols
- Able to integrate and deploy auto generated code with different EE platforms
- Knowledge base for ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) or related norms
- Knowledge base for ISO 15504 (SPICE)
- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 10+ years of demonstrated experience in modelling E/E or HW/SW-architecture at an OEM or major tier one supplier
- Must have previous experience working across functional and international teams
