Hot and Cold Insulation Supervisor

**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:
cold insulating material to exposed surfaces of equipment, for example boilers, tanks, air ducts or pipes.
- Must know the inspection procedure & measurement methods for insulation works.
- Measure spaces for insulation lining using tools that determine the volume and length needed.Able to take measurement of pipes and tank, ensure true and proper measurement of all works at site.
- Must have knowledge of all the hot and cold insulation types & its specifications. Must have experience in inspection, modification, repair, optimized usage of insulation materials and its reconciliation.
- Basic overview knowledge of P&ID or Line Schedule to understand hot and cold insulation requirement.
- Cut lengths of vinyl, plastic, fiberglass, LRB and Aluminum sheet or other insulation materials as needed to fit them to the space
- Install insulation materials in designated spaces in accordance with industry best practices
- Assigns workers to specific duties.
- Inspects applied insulation for conformance to specifications.
- Estimates and requisitions necessary materials and supplies.
- Prepare all register and provide reporting requirement to head office: material report, worker time sheet, worker work hour report, discrepancy report etc.
- he must be able to issue gate pass whenever necessary.
- Resolves employee grievances.
- Must have experience in supervising the insulation works (2+ years)
- Planning and Preparation of Schedule for insulation works & monitoring. Co-ordination with vendor, client and other inter discipline team for the smooth execution of insulation works.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Hot and Cold insulation field
- Relevant educational qualification:
B.E/ diploma in Mechanical or Hot and Cold Insulation Engineer

Or certificate in Hot and Cold insulation work.
- Good verbal/written communication skills
- Maintain healthy coordination with worker, maintain disciple at all site.
- Co-ordinate with different site supervisor and worker to get the work moving.
- Provide day to day report to head office.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
