Role and Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold-calling, WhatsApp campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Book appointments for our sales representatives using our CRM software.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure that appointments are kept and to address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Communicate with the sales team to ensure all appointments are properly scheduled and prepared.
- Manage and maintain our CRM software to track leads, appointments, and sales progress.
- Continuously work to improve sales processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills Required:

- Good to fluent English verbal communication skills
- 2+ years of experience in sales appointment booking and lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

**Salary**: ₹8,444.49 - ₹24,290.09 per month

Shift:

- Morning shift
