**Role: Full time**
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, their unique selling points, and target market segments.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that they are profitable and aligned with company objectives.
Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis, both in terms of revenue and volume.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager or senior management.
**Requirements**:
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a previous sales role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues from different departments.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Previous experience in the industry or knowledge of the products/services being sold is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
