Front Office Executive

General Summary:
CORE FUNCTIONS:
Ability to create organized filing system
Working knowledge of marketing terminology and practices
Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic
DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
- Daily Attendance
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- "Receive, direct and telephone messages and fax messages If any inquiries & Others"
- "Pick up and deliver the mail for and preparation of meetings, conferences and telephone calls.
- Every Friday send mail for Saturday Weekly Meeting.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
1. Keeping Stationary Register
2. Keeping Visitors Register
3. Keeping Inward & Outward Register
4. Keeping Inward & Outward Factory Register
5. Keeping IT-Hardware Record
- Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
- Maintains office stationary
- Prepare Courier before 5 clock daily & record all document
- After Courier Docket No. / Courier Name / Accepted delivery date & others details send buy mail.
Education and Experience:
- University/college degree is an asset
- Familiarity with phone systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office software preferred
