Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Engagement**:Greet customers entering the showroom, establish rapport, and provide a warm and welcoming environment. Engage in friendly conversations to understand their requirements and preferences.
- **Product Presentation**: Demonstrate thorough knowledge of various car models, features, specifications, and available options. Present the vehicles to customers, highlighting their unique selling points and benefits.
- **Sales Consultation**: Conduct thorough needs analysis by actively listening to customers' requirements, budget, and preferences. Provide expert advice and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions. Conduct test drives and explain the car's performance, safety features, and technology.
- **Sales Process**: Manage the entire sales process, including negotiating pricing, handling trade-ins, discussing financing options, and preparing necessary documentation. Collaborate with the sales team, finance department, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient sales transaction.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about the latest car models, technological advancements, and automotive industry developments.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall team performance. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales revenue.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process. Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, aiming for swift resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification. A degree in business or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Passion for cars and extensive knowledge of automotive industry trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with sales management software.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
