**Job Title: Demand Generation Executive**

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM)

Experience: 2 to 4 Years (particularly within a B2B US-based sales)

**Job Description**:
As a Demand Generation Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, nurturing leads, and promoting our digital marketing services and solutions. Your role will involve prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting needs assessments, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize strategies such as appointment generation, BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline), MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads), SQL (Sales Qualified Leads), HQL (High-Quality Leads), and white paper campaigns to drive demand generation efforts.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and digital marketing needs.
- Present and demonstrate our digital marketing services and solutions to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Develop customized proposals and sales presentations tailored to the specific needs and objectives of each client, showcasing our capabilities and expertise.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of service with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and client services, to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of client projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and strategic recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs as established by the company.
- Motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative with a strong desire to succeed in the digital marketing sector.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the digital marketing sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- UK shift
- US shift

Work Location: In person
