**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create persuasive WhatsApp marketing messages that resonate with our target audience.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to plan and create a monthly communication calendar to help meet our brand’s monthly and quarterly objectives
- Ensure all internal teams are informed of any new launches, process changes and promotions we are running for customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in creating social media content and / or long-form content such as support articles, tutorials, and blogs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of writing engaging copy for various marketing channels.
- Proficiency in crafting persuasive WhatsApp messages.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create content in long formats, including support articles, tutorials, and blogs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
